Parties
Altinkum.Com, which will be
referenced as Altinkum.Com from now on and
the person purchasing or making
travelling reservation(s) in
internet, which will be referenced
as Client from now on, have agreed
and signed this agreement
electronically.
The Payment
- If the agreement is made 30 days
before or earlier than the Travel
Date:
- Client has to
make the deposit of the 25% of the
total expenses to get the
reservation approved and the travel
agreement start to Altinkum.Com
within 3 days.
- The 3 days perios mentioned at
article 1a covers the 3 days period
after the reservation request.
- The remainder of the total
expenses (75% of the total) must be
sent to Altinkum.Com 30
days before the Travel Date.
Otherwise Altinkum.Com
has the right to cancel the
reservation, market the house again
for the same period and not to
reimburse the deposit made.
- Travelling documents needed will
not be given until after all
payments are made.
- If the agreement is made within
30 days of Travel Date:
- Client has to
make full payment of the total
expenses to get the reservation
approved and the agreement to start
to Altinkum.Com within 3
days.
- The 3 days perios mentioned at
article 2a covers the 3 days period
after the reservation request.
- If the total payment is not
made, Altinkum.Com has
the right to cancel the reservation
and market the house again for the
same period.
Services
- The services to be provided by
Altinkum.Com cover the
information at website and the
information at reservation approval.
- Additional agreements and
changes must be approved by
Altinkum.Com.
- Altinkum.Com, will
inform Client on
important changes to the services to
be provided for travelling.
- If a cancellation is to be made
Altinkum.Com will inform
Client immediately.
- The serviced obtained from other
companies for the house are not
included within Altinkum.Com
services.
Cancellation of Travel
(Reservation) by Altinkum.Com
- If the reservation becomes very
difficult, in danger, or can not be
fulfilled fully because of some
unforseen reasons like natural
disasters, strikes, or supply
shortages, Altinkum.Com may cancel the
reservation itself.
- In such cases, Client will be
reimbursed for the full amount paid.
Altinkum.Com is responsible for the
reimbursement only.
Price Changes for the
Approved Reservations
Altinkum.Com has to inform Client
immediately for any price increase
because of unforeseen reasons like
oil price, tax, exchange rate,
pricelist changes by other sources
than Altinkum.Com. Client has the right to
cancel the reservation if the price
increase exceeds 5% of the total
amount. Client has to use this right
within one day. Altinkum.Com may make such
price changes until 20 days before
the Travel date.
Cancellation of Travel
(Reservation) by Client
- Client may cancel the travel
before it starts. The cancellation
must be done in writing to Altinkum.Com.
- Altinkum.Com may charge Client for the
expenses made according to the time
the cancellation made as follows:
- 25% of the total amount if the
cancellation is made 30 days before
or earlier than Travel Date,
- 50% of the total amount if the
cancellation is made between 29th to
23rd days of Travel Date,
- 75% of the total amount if the
cancellation is made between 22nd to
16th days of Travel Date,
- 100% of the total amont if the
cancellation is made 15 days before
or later than Travel Date.
Travel Insurances
We suggest you get insurance for the
cancellation of the travel as well
as other travel arrangements.
Limiting Altinkum.Com's
Responsibilities
- Altinkum.Com will not be responsible
for the services given by the third
parties like utilities and the
problems with the personal
belongings of Client's.
- Altinkum.Com will not be responsible
for the problems caused by software
andor calculation mistakes.
Client's Responsibilities
Client is responsible for the
damages caused by Client and/or the
accompanying person(s).
Collaboration and
Responsibilities
- Client may collaborate with
Altinkum.Com or other official authorities
for the problems in services, to
prevent such problems, and try to
eliminate them as much as possible.
If these problem arise because of
Client, they can not demand anything.
- Client and accompanying person(s)
may relay their demands to Altinkum.Com for the services provided.
The Regulations on Passport,
Visa, and Health Issues
- Altinkum.Com will redirect Client to
the related authorities for passport,
visa, and health issues.
- Client may obtain detailed
information on these issues from the
Turkish Embassies or Consulates as
well.
- Client and company is
responsible to obey the regulations
for travelling.
Other Warnings
- Client accepts to use the house
and its furnishings carefully.
- Deposits, arrival and departure
issues, additional beds, and Cribs/Cradles
are in 'General Information' section
and these conditions are
unseparabable part of Travel
Conditions
- Altinkum.Com keeps the right to change
the prices of the houses as
underlined in this document.
Invalidity of an Article
The invalidity of an article of the
Travel Conditions does not
invalidate the other articles and
the document itself.
Disagreement
In case of any disagreement, the
courts of justice is the authority
to solve the disagreement.
